The Gurdjieff Exercises are seated attention practices that work that work to relax our three-centers and bring them into coherence. They are intended to open us to more subtle substances of love, mercy, hope, compassion, gentleness, and strength to name a few and to transform our being that we might show up in our lives more aligned with these higher influences. When done in a group, this is amplified and there is great potential to effect change in the realm of life.

The flow of the circle will be: the zoom room will open at 9:55am Pacific Time and we will begin by spending a few minutes gathering our hearts together quietly in some Gurdjieff & DeHartmann music, then we will move into one of the Gurdjieff exercises included in Cynthia Bourgeault’s book on ‘Mystical Courage,’ and after that we will have some space for sharing our observations.

This circle will meet Tuesdays from 10-11:00am Pacific Time / 1-2:00pm Eastern Time on October 25th, and November 1st, 8th, 22nd, & 29th (date/time of 6th mtg TBD). A total of 6 times.

The total suggested cost for the 6 times is $30-120. You pick what works for you in that range.
