The year is almost over and a new year is just about to spring forth. This shift to a new year marks a threshold that has been entered into as a moment to pause, ponder and prepare, to learn something about ourselves and about what life is telling us as we begin again from this starting point. It is good for our being to enter this tradition as so many have and will to come. Join me in this online space for a moment of pause, reflection and study of yourself this past year, and listening for what is wanting to unfold in the year ahead. We will spend time together in quiet with practices, quotes, poetry, and reflection questions and an optional chance to share what emerges. Bring a candle, your journal, and an open heart.
